RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

All products by VONN are made to order. Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, based on the customer’s selected size, colour, and specifications.
Due to this production model, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure sustainability and minimize unnecessary waste.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

INDIA ORDERS – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 


 

Returns

• As a small made to order business, We do not accept returns for any reason.

Exchanges

As a small business working with limited, fast-selling inventory and small batch productions, All our operations become genuinely challenging when repeated changes or requests are made. Most items sell out quickly, and replacements or exchanges are often not possible. We sincerely request your understanding, as these policies help us maintain smooth operations and ensure fairness to all customers.

Size Exchanges

• Size exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances due to sizing issues. Please check the size chart before placing an order. Since we are a small business, sizes are made according to your order.

  • Exchange is not allowed for Lingeries/Bikinis/Bralettes/Products that include an undergarment

Defects, Missing Items, or Mismatched Products

If an item arrives defective, incomplete, or incorrect: Email us at “contact@vonn.in”

1. Customers must contact our team first with proper proof within 48 hours. Images and videos of the piece.

2. The product will usually need to be returned to us for inspection. Product must be unused, not washed, tags intact, free from odour/fragrance, in its original packaging. 

3. Once received:

• If the correct product/variant is in stock, it will be shipped out.

• If it is not available, a refund will be processed. Refund will take 7 business days to process.

Sale Periods

• During sales or promotional events (including Black Friday), all sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, store credits, or adjustments will be provided for sale orders.

Note: The final resolution will be offered by the team based on product availability. Customers cannot choose options outside what is possible with current inventory. Once the current choice is given by the customer it cannot be changed again.


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 


 

1. FINAL SALE POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)

All international orders are final sale.
Due to international shipping costs, customs duties, and made-to-order production, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 


 

2. EXCEPTIONS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Exceptions are made only if:

  • The item received is severely defective, or

  • The incorrect item was shipped due to our error

 


 

3. CLAIM TIMELINE (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Late claims will not be accepted

 


 

4. CLAIM PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

To file a claim:

  • Email "contact@vonn.in"

  • Provide Order ID

  • Share a mandatory unboxing video

  • Include clear photos of the issue

Claims without sufficient documentation will be rejected.

 


 

5. INTERNATIONAL RESOLUTION OPTIONS

If approved, resolution will be offered at our discretion:

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

  • Replacement item

Note:
Shipping, customs duties, and import charges for replacements must be borne by the customer.

 


 

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes

  • These charges are non-refundable

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in order abandonment without refund

 


 

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customs clearance

    • Courier partner delays

    • Force majeure events

  • Risk transfers to the courier once the order is shipped

 


 

8. CANCELLATIONS (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • No cancellations once production begins

VONN reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny return, exchange, or refund requests

  • Update or modify this policy without prior notice

  • Make final decisions in case of disputes
